I understand that enrolling in this course does not automatically qualify my dog to become a service dog. completing this course does not legally certify your dog for public access under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or any other legal body. Public access rights are determined by your dog's behavior and the applicable laws in your region.

What if I'm new to dog training?
This course includes a 'training 101' for those new to training, covering standard force-free terms + concepts.
What is the training methodology used in this course?
The training techniques used in this course are force-free and reward-based.
Can I list you as the trainer of the course?
To clarify, we provide guidance on how to list yourself as the service animal trainer before traveling and feel confident about it. It is completely acceptable to list yourself as the trainer. However, if you prefer to have me listed as your trainer, you have the option to complete a public access test (video submissions) for an additional cost upon completing the course. It is important to note that listing yourself as the trainer is acceptable under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
How is the course material delivered?
The course material is delivered on a platform called SKOOL. It includes video lessons and PDF handouts. You'll also get access to the community to ask questions!
Do you offer refunds?
We regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds for this digital course due to its low-cost nature. In the past, some individuals have attempted to complete the entire course and then requested a refund, making it unsustainable for our small business.
