I acknowledge that there is no guarantee my dog will become a fully trained service dog through this program.

I understand that medical alert/detection work is an understudied field, supported primarily by anecdotal evidence.

I understand that Public Access Prep reserves the right to add, remove, or modify course content at any time for the benefit of active students.

I acknowledge that completing this program does not ‘certify’ my dog as a service dog; it only provides training guidance for self-training your service dog.

I release Public Access Prep and its affiliates from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or issues arising from my participation in this program.
